In this individual assignment, I conducted a parcel-level suitability analysis using five criteria: improvement value-to-land value ratio, land use type, proximity to urban centres, Transit-Oriented Area (TOA) tier, and year built.
The analysis involved combining and processing multiple datasets in ArcGIS Pro to evaluate parcels against each criterion and identify areas with greater development suitability. This project helped me become more familiar with some of the more advanced tasks that can be accomplished with GIS, particularly through the use of ModelBuilder. In particular, it solidified my love for model builder.
