This individual assignment involved conducting a development feasibility assessment for a portion of land in the North Grandview neighbourhood of South Surrey.
The assignment explored the land development process, including required municipal applications, major infrastructure requirements, and development considerations. I also conducted market research and applied the findings to assess the feasibility and development potential of the site.
