Morgan McCulloch

This group project explored a vision for the future growth and development of Columbia Park in Vancouver. The project considered how new development could provide community benefits while updating existing planning policies to better align with current and emerging community needs.

My responsibilities included preparing the site context and plan intent, as well as developing sections addressing built form, neighbourhood character, and land use. I also took on a leadership role within the group, coordinating the distribution of work, organizing project timelines, and supporting the integration of individual contributions into a cohesive final plan. In addition, I led the document design and production using Affinity, developing the overall layout, formatting, and visual presentation of the final report.
